Exceeding NQS

⭐️⭐️⭐️ EXCEEDING NATIONAL QUALITY STANDARDS ⭐️⭐️⭐️

As many of our followers may know, over the last couple of months Kids at Home has been going through Assessment and Rating under the revised National Quality Standards (NQS). It has been a very intense and challenging time, but our whole team really pulled together and shone to demonstrate their collective professionalism, their dedication to early childhood education and care, and especially their knowledge and embedded practice of the revised NQS.

On Christmas Eve we received our final rating and we are delighted to announce that we have once again achieved an overall rating of EXCEEDING NQS!

In fact, even though it is widely acknowledged that achieving Exceeding in any areas of the revised standards and associated Assessment and Rating process is now much harder, we have improved our rating to Exceeding in 6 out of the 7 possible areas. Also in Quality Area 1, we still received Exceeding in 7 of the 9 themes.

We would like to acknowledge everyone who has helped Kids at Home go from strength to strength over the last 9 years, especially our fantastic Educators who are dedicated to providing the best possible start in life to our most precious 🙂
